1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Webag services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Webag provides luggage delivery services between partner hotels in Italy. We collect luggage from one hotel and deliver it to another hotel as specified in your booking. Standard delivery time is next business day by 14:00.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay

4. Liability and Insurance

Webag's liability is strictly limited to the insurance coverage selected at booking:

  • Basic Coverage (included in the standard price): €300 maximum liability per shipment
  • Premium Coverage (optional add-on, €9.99): €1,000 maximum liability per shipment

Partner hotels are not responsible for luggage while in Webag's custody. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery or scheduled delivery date. Webag is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal substances
  • Live animals
  • Cash or negotiable instruments over €500

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
  • Ensure luggage is properly packed and secured
  • Be available for communication regarding your shipment
  • Declare high-value items for appropriate insurance coverage

8. Delays and Force Majeure

Webag is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, traffic accidents, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brindisi, Italy.
